  1. Drop off your watch at our store
  2. Our horologist performs a free evaluation (2–3 business days)
  3. We contact you with the issue & repair cost
  4. You approve or decline the repair
  5. Once completed, we call you for pickup

Do you repair all brands?

Most brands — luxury watches may require longer turnaround.
How long do repairs take?

After approval, typically 3–4 days depending on parts.
Is there a warranty on repairs?

Yes — all repairs come with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise stated.
Do you offer express repair services for urgent cases?

We do! While repairs are not same-day, simple urgent repairs can be completed the next day if we are notified in advance.
What happens if I don’t pick up my watch?

Payment is due upon collection.Watches left uncollected after 60 days may be removed to cover repair and storage costs.
